If it involves your balance, your bonus or your withdrawal, only the operator can fix it —
and that is a Telegram channel, not this form. If it involves something we published,
this is the right place. Please check which one you need before writing.
Before you contact anyone
Four questions we can answer right here
These four account for most of what reaches us. Reading them will almost certainly be faster than waiting for a reply.
"My withdrawal is taking too long."
Almost always one of two things, and neither is the payment rail. Either KYC is not fully complete — first withdrawals cannot be approved until it is — or the name on your bank or UPI account does not match the name on your government ID, which blocks payout until resolved. Check both in the app before raising a ticket. If both are clean and it has been more than a working day, then contact operator support with your registered mobile number and the withdrawal reference.
"My bonus did not credit."
Check three things in order. First, did the deposit meet the minimum qualifying amount for that specific tier? Second, is the promotion still within its validity window? Third, look at your bonus balance rather than your cash balance — bonus credit sits separately and does not appear in the cash figure. If all three check out, operator support can trace it. We cannot: we have no visibility into any account.
"The app will not install."
Usually the install-from-unknown-sources permission is enabled for the wrong app — it is granted per-app, so it must be enabled for the browser you actually downloaded with, not for your file manager. Otherwise the download was truncated, or the device is short on storage. Our install guide walks the whole sequence including the step most guides omit. If it still fails after that, operator support handles device-specific issues.
"Is my state allowed to play?"
Registration and play are not available in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland or Sikkim. That list reflects our understanding at publication and Indian gaming law is state-level and changes, sometimes quickly. We cannot advise on your specific legal position — we are not lawyers, and an affiliate site is the wrong source for a legal opinion. If you need certainty, ask a qualified lawyer in your state.

Operator support
Private, one-to-one, and the only channel that can see your account. Use it for deposits, bonuses, withdrawals, KYC, login problems and account closure. Have your registered mobile number ready, and describe what you expected versus what actually happened.
A broadcast channel for promotions, new app builds, maintenance windows and tournaments. Good for staying current, useless for account problems — and never post account details, screenshots of your wallet or one-time passwords in a public channel.
How to write a support message that gets resolved first time
Support cannot look anything up until they know which account you are. Most of the back-and-forth in this vertical is one agent asking for details that could have been in the first message.
Include these five things
1. Your registered mobile number. This is how the account is identified. Without it nothing can be looked up, and it is the single most common omission. Send the number you registered with, not the one you are messaging from, if they differ.
2. What you expected, and what actually happened. Two sentences. "I deposited ₹500 by UPI at around 3pm and the balance still shows the old amount" is actionable. "Deposit problem" is not, and will cost you one full round trip.
3. The exact time, with your timezone. Transaction logs are searched by timestamp. An approximate time is fine; no time at all means someone has to scan a much wider window.
4. Any reference number. Deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits all generate a reference in your transaction history. Quoting it turns a search into a direct lookup.
5. What you have already tried. If you have already checked your bonus balance separately, confirmed KYC is complete, or restarted the app, say so. It stops the agent walking you through steps you have done.
Leave these out
Never send a one-time password. Not to support, not to us, not to anyone, for any stated reason. An OTP is the last thing standing between someone else and your account. No legitimate agent will ever ask for one, so a request for an OTP is itself proof that you are talking to the wrong person.
Never send your password. Support does not need it and cannot use it. If someone asks, stop the conversation.
Do not send KYC documents unprompted. Identity documents are uploaded through the verification screen inside the app, where they are handled under the operator's own data policy. Sending an ID photo into a chat puts a copy somewhere it does not belong. If verification genuinely needs a re-upload, the app will tell you.
Do not post any of the above in the community channel. It is a public broadcast channel. Anything posted there is visible to every member, and account details posted publicly attract impersonators within minutes.
Do not open multiple tickets for the same issue. Parallel tickets tend to be worked by different agents, which slows both down. One thread, with everything in it, resolves fastest.
One thing worth repeating, because it is the mistake that costs real money
If someone contacts you claiming a withdrawal needs a release fee, a processing charge, a
tax deposit or a verification payment before it can be paid out, it is a scam without
exception. There is no such fee on this platform or any other legitimate one. Paying it
does not release anything, and the request will simply be repeated with a larger number.
Stop, block the account, and raise it through the official support link on this page.

How to spot a fake support contact
Impersonation is common in this vertical and it targets exactly the moment you are anxious about a stuck withdrawal. A few rules make you a much harder target.
Real support never asks for your OTP. Not to verify you, not to speed anything up, not for any reason at all. Anyone requesting a one-time password is trying to take your account, without exception.
Real support never asks you to pay a fee to release a withdrawal. There is no processing charge, unlocking fee, tax deposit or verification payment. Every one of those is a scam, and paying it does not release anything.
Be careful in public channels. If you post about a problem in the community channel, accounts with names resembling official support will message you privately within minutes. They are not support. Start conversations from the official link only — never from someone who approached you.
And to be clear about us: we are an affiliate site. We will never message you first, never ask for documents, and never ask for money. If someone claims to represent bonu7.click and asks for any of those, they do not.
